About some approaches to calculating uncertainties

Abstract


Issues of the calculating of the uncertainty are considered in the article that are proposed by theory of probability on one side and the theory of possibility on another. Difference in the approaches in terms of interpretation of the basic concepts of two theories of fuzziness in intelligent decision support systems is researched on the examples of specific tasks.
